  4. To make slurry, add in another bowl 4 tbs corn starch, 2 tbs Maida, 1 tsp crushed peppers, 1/2 black pepper and water. Mix well.From the prepared dough, make balls and roll them to make them flat.
  5. Add the green chutney in the middle and roll it into a ball or make it like a cutlet. Prepare the rest of it in the same way. Coat them with bread crumbs and egg.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Fry one by one until golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
