  1. For chicken filling
  2. 1 cup Chicken boiled n shredded
  3. 2 tbsp Corn boiled
  4. 2 tbsp Peas frozen /boiled
  5. 1 Chopped onions
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  9. 1 tsp Corn flour
  10. 1 tbsp Coriander
  11. 1 tbsp Oil
  12. For potato filling
  13. 2 small size Boiled and mashed potatoes
  14. 1 tbsp Peas frozen
  15. 3 tbsp Green capsicum chopped
  16. 2 Garlic chopped
  17. as per need Salt
  18. 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  19. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  20. 1 tsp Black salt
  21. 1 /2 tsp Haldi powder
  22. 1 tsp Dry mango power
  23. 1 tsbp Oil
  24. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  25. As required Samosa Patti /sheets

Steps to make to make Samosa

  1. Now firstly preparing the chicken filling by taking oil in a pan add the green chili paste, saute onions till little pinkish then add ginger garlic paste, salt n black pepper powder, and add the boiled chicken lastly make a slurry with cornflour n water and add it to the chicken. Cook for 2 mins with continuous stirring and the filling is ready.
  2. Add coriander leaves and transfer into a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Now boil potatoes and then peel n mash it, it add peas frozen haldi powder, and salt and keep it ready to temper them.
  4. Take oil in kadai add garlic chopped then the capsicum saute iit and cook till it is dissolved. Add green chili paste salt coriander powder to it then these mashed potatoes mix it nicely then add black salt n dry mango powder n coriander leaves. Keep it ready.
  5. Now take the Samosa leaves /sheets / Patti(, make slurry from the flour and water to use as glue to stick the samosas) fold it by holding a corner into triangle then opposite folded part pick it up bring it on the unfolded part it forms a pocket keep filling inside.
  6. Again completing the triangle by holding the top angle and keeping on the unfolded part making another triangle.
  7. Apply the sllurry and pack it nicely into samosas.
  8. Now you may also make square shaped samosa/parcels by taking 2 sheets placing one over the other with the center parts over other and sides opposite.
  9. Now put a filling in the center and close it alternately flapping one corner over other. Seal it nicely and parcels are ready
  10. These can be stored in freezer for a month. Fry the samosas into oil until golden and then enjoy with chutney, ketchup etc
