- Tea:
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cup Milk
- Sugar to taste
- Tea leaves as required
Instructions to make to make Breakfast 😋
- In a pot add oil, cumin and fry onion until brown
- Add g.g paste and mix well
- Add daal, all spices, tomatoes and mix well
- Add water, bring it to boil, cover and cook on medium flame until tende
- Add garam masala powder, cover and simmer it 2 min
- Garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander and ginger.. daal is ready
- Dough: in bowl add flour, salt and water.
- Knead well to form dough, cover and rest it for 10 min
- Grease your hand with ghee and make a ball, coat in dry flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin
- Heat griddle and fry paratha from both side with ghee..
- Paratha is ready
- Tea: In a kettle add water, mikl and bring it to boil
- Add sugar, tea leaves and cook for 10 min on low flame.. in a cup add tea and serve hot..
