- Wash your hand say BismiAllah and droud shareef
- Take a chopper add chicken mince along with all spices boiled potato and chop onion green chilli and chop it very well
- Keep in fridge for 5-10m for set it after that take it out and make a long shape kabab with the help of greasy hand
- Again Put in fridge while making gravy masala if you want to
- Now its time for making gravy masala
- Take a wok add oil according to your taste then heat up add chopped onion and fry it on medium low flame
- After that add chopped and peel off tomatoes
- Again cook it while this time add all spices along with ginger paste and bonify it very well until oil separate from masala
- Now add 1payali dahi(this time keep stove on very low heat) give one stir and add payali water
- After few minutes add kabab stir it and keep it on medium flame while this time cover it with lid

- When it set sprinkle some coriander and chilli slice and gave a charcoal smoke
