  19. 1 cup tomato sauce
  20. 1 tbsp oil
  21. For kofta:
  22. 1 cup minced chicken
  23. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  24. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  25. 3 sliced & fried onion
  26. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  27. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  28. 1 cup oil

  1. Take maida, oil, yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl, slowly mix milk in it, knead well & make a soft dough of it, then grease some oil in the dough, cover it & rest the dough for around 10- 15 minutes.

  4. Then lower the flame, add the fried koftas in the noodles stir well so that koftas soak all the masala. When the gravy thickens, remove it from heat sauce.
  5. Now take the pizza dough, roll it as shown in the picture below (crust thickness will be medium). Now beat the egg in a bowl then brush egg in the pizza dough & first bake it for 15 minutes in 180℃.
  6. After 15 minutes, take out the pizza dough, spread tomato sauce, add the noodles kofta mixture, few tomato slices, chopped chilli & add some paneer slices & grated paneer then again bake it for another 15 minutes in 180℃.
  7. And your yummy Masala-e-Noodles Kofta Pizza is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
