  1. Recipe: Make a salan, heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, grind 2,3 onions and 1 tin of tomatoes(3 tomatoes) together and make a paste and put in pot then bhuno so much until onions smell gone then add red chilli powder 2 and 1/2 tsp or according to your taste, salt 1 tsp or according to your taste, chinese salt 1 tsp, haldi half tsp then add chicken and leave it to cook until oil rises.
  2. For coconut curry Get 250 gram coconut milk add 1/3 cup of gram flour (besan) and little bit salt then add in chicken salan, add little water if its too thick then bhuno until besan smell gone..
  3. Boil vermicelli rice noodles only in 1 boil it will be done add in chicken coconut curry.. garnish with coriander leaves, crushed chillies and squeeze lemon and enjoy 😋
