- 2 tsp Cornflour dissolve in water
- For assembling :
- Fried green chillies
- Fried garlic
- Spring onion
- Boiled spaghetti
- Some peanuts (optional)
- For sauce:
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Sprinkled salt
Instructions to make to make Singaporean Rice
- Boiled the rice. Keep a side.
- Take a pan add oil saute garlic and geen chillies saute it again
- Add veggies and fry a lil bit add sauces and spices
- After this add boiled rice and mix it well. Keep a side.
- Now take another pan add oil saute some garlic and green chillies then.add chicken and all the gravy ingredients lastly add cornflour water to thicken the gravy.
- For assembling first layer is for rice then gravy
- Pour some mayonnaise sauce and serves it with fried green chillies and garlic.
