- half cup Mayo
- half cup Chilli garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt up to taste
- Whitter pepper up to taste
- 1 tsp Galric powder
- 3 cloves Fresh crushed garlic
- Milk for making smooth
- Tarka
- Oil as much you like
- 4 to 5 cloves fresh crushed garlic
- 4-5 Chilli flakes
- 4-5 Red chilli button
- 2-3 tbsp Hara lassan
Instructions to make to make Singaporian rice
- Mix xhixken with spices. Coat mith maida and fry
- Sautey vegs with spices and add noodles and chicken with garlic sauce
- Let it simmer for a while
- Now start layering first laywr of rice spread sauce
- Now add noodles and again sauce
- Now add tarka and serve
