  23. half cup Mayo
  24. half cup Chilli garlic sauce
  25. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  26. Salt up to taste
  27. Whitter pepper up to taste
  28. 1 tsp Galric powder
  29. 3 cloves Fresh crushed garlic
  30. Milk for making smooth
  31. Tarka
  32. Oil as much you like
  33. 4 to 5 cloves fresh crushed garlic
  34. 4-5 Chilli flakes
  35. 4-5 Red chilli button
  36. 2-3 tbsp Hara lassan

Instructions to make to make Singaporian rice

  1. Mix xhixken with spices. Coat mith maida and fry
  2. Sautey vegs with spices and add noodles and chicken with garlic sauce
  3. Let it simmer for a while
  4. Now start layering first laywr of rice spread sauce
  5. Now add noodles and again sauce
  6. Now add tarka and serve
