  21. 1 bunch fresh coriander
  22. 1 bunch fresh mint leaves

  26. Immli pulp 2 tblspn

  1. In a bowl add boiled n mashed potatoes, boiled n chopperised chana dal. Into this add salt, chilli flakes, roasted n crushed cumin seeds n coriander seeds, green chillies chopped, fresh coriander chopped, fresh mint chopped, chicken powder, chat masala, amchur, lemon juice, haldi powder. Mix everything well n make kababs.
  2. Now dip kabab into beaten egg n fry one by one.
  3. Make chutni: put all chutni ingredients into blender n blend. Take it out into bowl.
  4. Toast the buns.
  5. Now take a bun, apply green chutni, put aloo n dal ka kabab, then put onion slice, cucumber slice, finely cut cabbage n tomato slice if u want, now apply chutni over second piece of bun n cover it. Its ready to eat.
  6. Eat with ketchup n fries
