- 5-6 green chillies
- 1/2 cup oil
Instructions to make to make Singaporian Rice
- Add chillie Garlic sauce, tomatoes ketchup,red chilli powder,soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix then in a pan add oil and then add chopped garlic
- Then add the prepared sauce in oil and then add thin strips of chicken in oil and cove and let cook until done...
- Then in a pan add oil and all veggies and let them fry for 5 mints add salt as well then boil spaghetti and put aside then prepare a mayo sauce by adding mayonnaise chilli garlic sauce and milk and put aside
- Now boil rice then put a layer of rice in pan then add fried veggies over it and then add boiled spaghetti prepared chicken and mayo garlic sauce
- Then for tarka add chopped garlic clove and green chillies in pan and pour a tarka over rice put on dum for few mints then serve..
