  1. Qeema filling
  2. 125 grm, chicken mince (boiled)
  3. 125 grm, onions (thin sliced)
  4. 5 tesp, oil
  5. 1 tbsp, garlic mince
  6. 1 tbsp, Green chilli paste
  7. 1 tbsp, ginger paste
  8. 1 tbsp, cumin
  9. 1/2 tes, black pepper
  10. 1/4 tesp, Carom seeds
  11. 1/2 tbsp, coriander seeds
  12. 1 tbsp, red chilli
  13. 1/2 tesp, turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tbsp, chilli flakes
  15. 1 tbsp, white vinegar
  16. 1 tbsp, dry milk
  17. 1 tbsp, plain flour (maida)
  18. 1/2 cup, milk
  19. 2-3 tbsp, mint
  20. Dough
  21. 2 cups, Water
  22. 1 cup, semolina
  23. 1/4 tesp, salt
  24. 1/4 tesp, Carom seeds
  25. 1-1/2 tesp, oil

Steps to make to make Qeema kachori

  1. Take tawa,put oil and heat it up then add garlic and cook for few seconds.
  2. Now add onion and cook until colour change. (pinkish)
  3. Then add chicken mince and cook on medium high for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add green chillies and ginger paste and dry spices and cook for few seconds.
  5. Now add white vinegar and mix.
  6. Add plain flour (maida) and dry milk and cook for few seconds then add milk and mix until combined.
  7. Add fresh or dry mint and mix then transfer into a bowl.
  8. For dough! Take a pan, add water, salt, Carom seeds and cook on medium high heat until becomes boiling.
  9. Then add semolina and cook on medium heat until becomes a dough from. Transfer into a bowl and cool slightly for about 4,5 minutes.
  10. Take small batch of dough and make a bowl shape, fill with mince.
  11. And make kachori, showing as in picture.
  12. Fry on medium heat until becomes nice golden brown.
  13. Enjoy 😋😋😋
